Kick-off 2024: Team spirit, achievements, and goals at Würth!

What a Great KICK-OFF 2024 at Wuerth (Thailand)!

To start off the year 2024 with enthusiasm and energy we brought our entire company together for our annual kick-off conference. The first day was a colourful sports day for team building, where our 200 employees split into four teams, each representing a different colour. They competed in various activities such as football, chairball, cheerleading, and mini-games like tug of war. It was great to see the teamwork and collaboration across different regions and departments, as well as the Würth fighting spirit.

Our SVP Khun Christian Topp Olsen opened the second seminar day where the management presented last year’s results and outlined our strategies and goals for 2024. We also recognized and rewarded employees who achieved their goals and advanced within the company. Additionally, we celebrated and welcomed our new Managing Director, Khun Lukas Czink.

We closed the event with a festive celebration, where we enjoyed lively music, great food, and a joyful night. Overall, it was a great experience that further strengthened our team spirit. With this positive energy, we are ready to drive towards success in 2024??
